Summary:
The perfect home-from home - a bright & spacious 4-bedroom (up to 6 separate beds, 7 guests) house in North Manchester, just a short drive from the city centre.
Walking distance to major bus routes and a train station, and a short journey from attractions such as the Manchester Arena, the Trafford Centre, EventCity, MediaCityUK, Manchester City's Etihad Stadium, Manchester United's Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester/Salford/Manchester Metropolitan Universities and much more.
The Space:
The house comprises of 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, one downstairs), 1 master bathroom upstairs, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen, a separate Utility room with laundry facilities, and a very large open-plan lounge/dining/conservatory area. The conservatory opens up onto a decked area with outdoor furniture for use in the Summer, and a beautiful garden with a Koi carp pond and fountain.
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Comfy sofas with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.
The dining area has large family dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

Our kitchen has a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, and dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.

+ Hollinwood Metrolink Tram Stop (Pink Line, 21 minute walk, 15 minute journey to the city centre)
+ Bus stop to major routes to the city centre (1 minute walk away, 19 minute journey to Piccadilly Gardens in the City Centre)
→ Flying?
We are a 20 minute drive from Manchester Airport without traffic. At peak times (rush hour) this time may double. Taxis are available at the Airport Arrivals section (no Ubers allowed at the station) and can be booked in advance from the Airport website.
We recommend taxis as the fastest and best value (~£35-40 for a normal car (4 people, 2 large bags) or £50-70 for a larger taxi (5-8 people with 4 large bags)).
You can also get the train from the Airport to change in the city centre, to then take a second train to Moston Station which takes around 80-90 minutes (including a 6 minute walk form the station to our house) and costs around £6 per person.
→ Driving?
We have parking for 2 cars on the driveway to the front of the house, and there is free parking on nearby streets within a 5-10 minute walk. We are located a minute's drive from Junction 21 of the M60 motorway, and around 5 minutes from the M62 & M66 motorways.
Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell (at the front door) and a security camera (covering the deck and rear doors) for safety and security of the property and our guests. There is also a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
