Located on the first floor of a building without a lift, the apartment opens onto a hallway that leads to the various rooms. Guests will find the bright living room with access to the balcony with small table and lake view, furnished with sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout.

Near the lakefront is the main square of the city, dominated by the Broletto (the ancient municipal palace built in 1215). The square also hosts the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art. Finally, it is recommended to climb up to visit the village of Brunate, accessible by a funicular railway, symbol of the city, from which you can admire an evocative panorama around the Art Nouveau style residences.



The apartment is 14 km from Lecco railway station, whilst the nearest airports are Malpensa (1 hour and 10 minutes by car) and Bergamo (1 hour and 10 minutes by car).
