**PETS PROHIBITED**
Snow Crest is a gorgeous home designed by David Tucker, a well-known architect whose designs maximize natural light and feature large rooms with high ceilings. You'll love the open floor plan and bright, airy spaces! There's Tahoe charm at every turn: the home is filled with tasteful woodwork and roughly hewn beams, and there are views of Alpine Meadows from virtually every window.
Enter from street level into the open living-kitchen-dining area. Living room features 2 plush sofas, large TV and efficient wood stove for heating and ambiance. Fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to prepare and serve scrumptious meals. Dining table seats 8, but children can have meals at their own nearby kids' table for 4, if desired. Half bath and garage / parking are also on this level.
Deck off of living area provides lovely views of the surrounding forested mountains and a gas grill (available in summer only).
Head downstairs to find all 4 bedrooms and the kids' zone -- a spacious, brightly colored second living room designed with children in mind. Featuring toys, games, books, small chairs, and a cushy couch, kids will delight in having a play space of their own. This area includes a divided full bathroom with a sink and combination tub / shower in a room on the left and separate water closet with toilet on the right. Laundry facilities are located in this area as well.
Just off of the downstairs living room are two bedrooms that are perfect for kids; one offers a Twin Trundle bed and the other a Twin-over-Full bunkbed and a small toddler bed. Further down the hall are bedrooms geared for adults; a King master suite and a Queen junior suite, each with their own bathroom en-suite.
From the downstairs living room, a door leads out to the back yard. Safely away from the street and covered in a lush lawn is summer or snow in winter, this is another great area for kids to let loose.
Parking is limited to 4 spaces.

- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
