Wonderful stay!

We had a family reunion at Izaty’s and this was a great spot to access the club house, meeting room and bar from. I imagine Izaty’s will look much different in a few years with the maintenance new owners are undertaking. The townhouse is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend and relax!

We had a great time, the house and furnishing was perfect for family of 3 couples and 3 littles.Disappointed that pool, hot tub, pickleball courts were not available, playground needs to be updated but we made the most of the yard right on the lake.

One of the Good ones

We rented to this property for five nights. Plenty of space for everyone. The unit had everything we could possibly need and the owners were very accommodating. This location is only 3 miles from family so they were able to boat over and park in the boat slip to pick us up for lake time. There is a really nice pool on the property with a bar that serves beverages and snacks. The back of the townhouse had a huge green space that the kids could run around and play in. The view of the sunset was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be renting this again!

Amazing location and plenty of room for the family. We enjoyed lots of time outside playing bean bags by the lake and going to the pool. The new owners at izatys are amazing and going a lot of updating. It was a percent time for all, and some even got to golf. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place and build lots of wonderful memories!

Enjoyed family time together

The hosts were kind to let us in a few hours early so we could prepare for the rest of the family to arrive. The home (especially kitchen) was well equipped. The scenery out the windows was beautiful with the lake so close. Quiet surroundings. Lots of room for our group of ten - plenty of sleeping places. Nice to have so many family games available. We would go back! A few small issues: directions seemed a little confusing - could use more detail. Lots of flies present when we first got there but had fly swathers available.

4 generations of family

I am the senior member, at age 77, of our 10 member 4 generations family. The youngest celebrated becoming 2 months old during our stay. This was a perfect venue for our annual family vacation. This property was extremely clean, well stocked with games, kitchen appliances and outdoor and indoor activity ideas for all weather occurrences and individual desires. We enjoyed the resort amenities, especially the pools. We enjoyed all 4 generations in the pool and have fantastic photo memories. The main floor bedroom was great for myself and 2 of my great granddaughters to have a sleepover most nights. Our family loves golf and pickle ball so these were great activities many days. Bonfires and s’mores each night created great memories for our “littles”. The entire family strongly recommends this townhome and the very gracious hosts and have only one small suggestion and that is a new grill brush would make grill cleaning much easier. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Love this unit!

Our family stayed here last year (2022) as well and loved it so much we booked again! There have been many upgrades to the unit since (grills, furniture, appliances, and beds to name a few). The unit has separate sleeping spaces for each family to relax and spread out, plus a large table gathering area for family meals and games. Our hosts - Karen & Gordy - were absolutely fabulous! They were very responsive for our questions as we were pre-planning, and also quick to respond and help when we had a question pop during our stay! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Golf trip
