The main living area includes a large open kitchen and gathering space, perfect for group meals and relaxing after long days at the fields. Downstairs features radiant-heated floors, along with a large mini-split in the kitchen/living area for efficient heating and cooling. Upstairs, the bathroom also has radiant-heated floors, and two mini-split units in the bedrooms provide individual temperature control.
Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and teams (sleeps up to 11 people):

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor amenities on the property, including the driveway, fire pit, basketball hoop, and private pond with a small deck and ladder for swimming or fishing.
Parking is free and available directly on the property. The home has its own private entrances, and indoor spaces are never shared with other guests.
