4 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom house on a quiet street that sleeps 8. 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.



The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers beautiful hard wood flooring and vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the fully fenced in back yard. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a large kitchen w/nice wood cabinetry & washer/dryer, separate dining room, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 42"+ flat screen TV's in all bed rooms, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

All star village house

The check in process was efficient and easy. Tim allowed us to check in a bit early which helped get us back to the all star village for opening ceremonies in time. All star village was a quick 5-10 minute drive. We were there for the majority of our days and it helped being a short distance when the games start at 8:00am or are delayed until 1140pm (yep) due to thunderstorms. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. They even gave us local pancake mix and syrup, which was a huge hit. If you are in the area for the all star village tournament, stay here!!! You will be happy!

It was nice to have so many keys so we could each come and go as we please. I think it might be prudent to have a coffeemaker that automatically shuts off. There were a couple f times when we almost left without turning it off. The toaster is bent on one side so the toast gets stuck. The remote control for the TV in the main room needs batteries.

Close to CASV and walk into town

I loved staying in this house For our week at CASV. I appreciated the great supply of trash bags, detergents, and toilet paper and other necessary items. The A/C units worked great. It was about a 5 minute drive to all star village. And a 1 minute drive into Main Street Oneonta. It was so close we walked everyday to get coffee or meals, which was a lot of fun. This is a great spot if you want convenience and comfort. I would stay here again and recommend to others who will travel here in the future.

Cooperstown ASV Week 1

House was very cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood with walkability to park, Main Street and Hartwick College. We had a few questions the first day, but communication was easy and response time was fast and we didn’t need anything the rest of the week! Owners checked in to make sure all was well. Close proximity to All Star village. Wifi was great - a few of us had to work while there and no issues at all. The desks came in handy! Kitchen well stocked - waffle maker was a hit! Would stay again!

Great location for Town of Oneonta and CASV

This was an excellent location for CASV and the town of Oneonta. We walked right into town for some great food and were at the All Star Village in 5 minutes. Check in and out were simple, house was immaculate when we arrived, linens and towels were provided making it easier with packing. House is updated and every room has a TV. We weren't home most of the day because we were at the ballpark but great to come home quickly and get some rest for the next day.

The house was very clean and had a great location to walk to grab a bite to eat and explore the town. Great house for All Star Village

We thoroughly liked our stay at this property. Property was clean and was convenient to both the fields at All Star Village and downtown Oneonta. We recommend this location for any families heading to the area for their week at All Star Village!
