My family came down to Orange Beach and stayed at this property for 10 days. The check in process was very simple, the beach view is great, access to the beach was very simple as long as you remember the gate code. There were a few problems though with the unit itself. First the cleanliness of it was not so great. We decided to walk down to the beach as soon as we got there. We came back up washed off at the shower and went to the unit. I remained barefooted as did my daughter. wasn't inside long at all till we both noticed the bottom of our feet were BLACK from the floors. we thought it was something different till we got a wet paper towel and spot cleaned, yes, it came out black. So, wear shoes if you go here. My wife and I bought cleaning supplies so we could clean the floors better than they were. Next the bathroom had a bad stench to it, not the normal sulfa smell either. Just odd. we bought air fresheners to fix that. Then the shower head hose was nasty. The smell I believe came from there as we believed it to be black mold. My wife sprayed it down with Bleach clean up. despite all the issues will the refrigerator door swing being wrong, the laundry bifold door is really loud, the closet doors in bedroom about to fall off, need door sweep on entry door, outdated furniture, and a couch that has been overused. We enjoyed the stay only because we pretty much just slept there. The Pictures DO this unit justice, Oh and don't forget to empty the dehumidifier daily.
