The Space:

Broadmoor 701, hosted by Current Tides, is a spacious gulf-front retreat offering sweeping views of the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters. Situated on the 7th floor, this condo provides a comfortable place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beach without feeling crowded. The large Gulf-front balcony is a natural gathering spot perfect for morning coffee, evening breezes, or simply taking in the view.



This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps up to 9 guests and is well suited for families or groups traveling together. The open-concept layout connects the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Gulf views, balcony access, and a cozy reading nook, along with a hidden Murphy-style twin bunk ideal for kids. Both guest bedrooms include queen beds and private bathrooms, and the living room offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The condo also includes granite countertops, comfortable furnishings, WiFi, TVs in every room, and a full-size washer and dryer.

***Please be advised that the Broadmoor condominium will be completing improvements to the pool area beginning February 23, 2026 and this is expected to last several weeks. During this time, the pool and hot tub will remain closed. The project includes resurfacing and retiling the pool, hot tub, and waterfall, along with deck and railing updates in surrounding areas. There may also be construction activity and noise in sections of the deck and boardwalk areas as the project progresses.



Guest Access:

Entry to the unit is simple with our digital lock system—just use the unique code provided before your stay. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is included in your reservation total. Your parking passes will be placed on the kitchen counter for easy access when you arrive.



Interaction with Guests:

A message with check-in and out details, door code, and Wi-Fi login will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival.
