The property was superbly maintained and our condo was very clean and comfortable. The pools were very nice and relaxing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few things were not up to par for an upscale facility. The prices were a good value but a couple of things were not brought to our attention or noted in the literature. Having to pay for parking at such a place is ridiculous. Where else would you park? When we got into our condo two things were missing. The little info display did not have the wi-fi password. We had to call the front desk who then contacted the host and then we were called back with the password soon thereafter. The most baffling detail was no beach towels. There were none in our room and when we asked at the desk we were told they were not supplied! Really? We have been going on beach vacations for over 40 years and never have beach towels not been available! We still had a great time and would recommend the condo but out particular unit could have had better management.
