Come see why this 22nd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This property was so nice and exactly as described. Very clean, great location and every amenity you could think of. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was enough room for everyone and activities to suit every age. My very FAVORITE part of the whole property was that this specific host has a very large closet in the hallway that they allow you to use for all your beach gear (wagons, floats, sand toys, chairs, etc.). This means not having to drag all the sandy stuff into your condo with you. Truly amazing! And it looked like this was the only property on our floor that was allowing this to be used by guests. Loved it!

Orange Beach Fun

The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the view was gorgeous! All of the appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice, however, if the floors had been mopped and if the toilet tissue had been a better quality. Other than those two things, we were extremely happy with the condo.

Expect unpleasant surprises

There were 6 of us there. Loved the location and the pool. The kitchen is lacking in basics...pot holders, cutting board, dishwasher doesn’t dry. Blankets needed to be washed. Some had blood stains them! Not sure sheets were clean cause certain pillow cases were smelling with perfume. Windows with handprints and smears. Just a worn out apartment that needs a bunch of work. Great view from the 22nd floor.

Best condo yet for our family. The view is amazing. Balcony had a nice breeze, never hot. Very easy check-in. Location was perfect. Great distance for walking across the bridge. Across from donuts, liquor store and Shrimp Basket. Condo was very clean, perfect sleeping arrangements. Lazy river is a must. Refreshing to chill in after coming off the beach. Chair rentals are easy and a nice perk to have. You can't go wrong staying in this condo.

Cleanliness of floors, sheets and decking left a whole lot to be desired! Very disappointed! With what was paid for This rental the property should have been in tip top shape yet the floors turned our feet black, stains from a drink were on the decking and the bedsheets had sand and stains on/in them !

Spectacular view | Immaculately clean

Loved everything about this condo...especially the corner unit with views of the Gulf and the intracoastal waterway. The extra-spacious deck with a dining table is a plus over most condos. The building is a cinch to navigate with four fast elevators, easy access to the pool and beach, and a bathroom at the pool level--an advantage over many other properties. We will be back.
