Phoenix West II 1107 features fine furnishings, enchanting artwork, an ornamental display of various glass and ceramic vases as well as the shells of urchins collected from seas around the globe. This is your vacation getaway! On the top tier of the bottom level floors, this unit includes magnificent views from the balcony of the sand, Gulf of Mexico, lazy river, pool, as well as the ground patio.

There is a king size bed in the Master, two Queen sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

The fourth hall bathroom has a glass walk-in shower and houses a full size washer and dryer. Prepare your meals in this fully-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel and small appliances that include all of the kitchenware and cookware that you will ever need. There are four dining stools at the counter as well as seating for six at the table. You may want to dine on the balcony table with seating for six. A built-in wet bar has a sink, an under-counter ice maker, and shelves with a collection of bar glassware.

Relax in the living room with enough seating for the family or enjoy a movie on one of the four large wall mounted flat Samsung SMART HDTV's located here and in every bedroom. In addition to the Samsung Smart wireless Internet build-in Blu-Ray player in the living room, cable TV with Sirius satellite radio and wireless Internet, all TVs are programmed to access movies through Netflix as well as music through Pandora for your enjoyment! Professionally decorated, designer bedding, on-the-floor parking, all tiled floors, granite counters throughout, board games, black-out drapes, hair blow dryers in every bath, and so much more will make this vacation the one to remember!



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
