Quick getaway

Great condo that I would rent again. Very convenient to restaurants and easy walking distance for our teenagers to surf shops and such. Floor didn’t appear dirty but our feet would be black just walking in the condo and on the balcony so bring socks or shoes to wear inside besides that it was a great location!

Great!

Loved the corner condo!!! Ready spacious and plenty of sleeping options for the kids. My only complaint would be that the dryer would not dry towels and the shower head in the guest bathroom needs to be updated. I would recommend this condo and would rent it again!

Great Family Stay

Condo was just as described. Location was great! Pool and beach access were just what we wanted for our family that ranged from 10 - 75. We had plenty of room inside the condo and on the huge balcony.

The stay was great. The view was wonderful and the patio furniture was first class! Quiet and stocked with the necessities. The only issue we had was with the floors. Our feet would get dirty when not wearing shoes or sandals. I would recommend this condo.

Nice condo

First time we rented a corner condo and loved it. We were on the SE corner so could watch the sun come up. Condo paid for the parking which was great. Would definitely rent this condo again if available.

Great place for a girls trip

The condo itself was great. The pool area was nice. The indoor pool is at the front of the property close to the road so keep that in mind. They had construction going on and we were unable to use our balcony and got woke up at 7am sharp every morning by Jack hammers. We were aware on construction but not the severity of it. It looked like a full construction scene and felt a little unsafe at times. But over all we made the best of it.

Wasted money

My family saved forever. To be able to go on this vacation. We were excited about being at the beach. I have a bad back. So I picked a condo with a large balcony. So I could enjoy the beach even on days I wasnt able to physically walk down to the beach. When we arrived. We discovered that there was construction on the condos. An the balcony was closed and would be unusable. I messaged the company and they said they had sent an email informing me of the construction and the balcony closure. I did not recive the email. If I had I would have definitely found somewhere else to stay. The construction was mind numbing. It started at 8 in the morning and continued till 6pm. I only got to go to the beach twice. The rest of the time i had to endure concrete drilling. The last 2 days they were on our balcony. It was awful. Everyone in my family had headaches from the noise. You could even hear it out at the beach. They only way to escape it was to leave the property. We spoke to others who were done the same way. We also talked to the ones doing the work. They told us they would be there till atlest September. So I would not wast your money on this condo till after the construction is completed. If there had been no construction and the balcony had been usable. I would have recommended it to anyone. I think the Liquid Life company should have given. The people who it scammed back some of the hard money we spent on a vacation we could not enjoy. I will never rent from them again.

Lack of communication & failure to help make things right.

Overall, the condo was great, had everything we needed and everything the listing has. We had no complaints about the unit itself or our stay. Now, on the other hand, we had a terrible experience with liquid life. Upon arrival to AL we were over an hour delayed and getting access to our room. Then, once getting inside, we noticed there was construction being done to our balcony that I had no idea about. it was so loud you could not hear the person sitting next to you. And my toddler was crying because she was scared. My husband and I personally went to the liquid life facility to chat with them about it and see if we could find a new room, because who wants to spend their vacation listening to constant construction. I spoke with the manager, unsure of her name, but she was not very friendly. When we expressed our concerns, she walked away and printed off emails that were supposedly sent to me. One of which I DID receive letting me know that there was moderate construction around the facility. Which turned out to be extreme. But, the other that I DIDN’T get specifically said, there was construction being done to our personal balcony and that we would be unable to use it. We mentioned the awful sounds and asked for a new rooms or refunds and were told there was nothing at all that they could do. It made for a very long week trip because from 8am-6pm we couldn’t enjoy our room or our beach view. Very disappointed with liquid life, they could’ve done something to make it right

Gorgeous condo- perfect for our large family!

The condo was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. It was very well stocked in the kitchen as far as cooking necessities but you do need to bring the “extras” - coffee filters, salt and pepper, paper towels. Luckily this was very clear in the email instructions so we were well prepared. The amenities at windward were nice we loved the pool, sauna, and hot tub but I wished the pool wasn’t at the back of the parking lot and the shuffle board doesn’t have equipment, you have to bring your own. Liquid life made the whole process easy. The only complaint I have is the bunk room didn’t have any accessible storage space, the closet is completely blocked by the bed and parts didn’t seem safe- one bunk didn’t have a ladder and the fan/ light is right next to the ladder. We had 5 people in that room and they had to store their stuff in other bedrooms. Overall great experience though- we would definitely stay again!

Amazing trip

We loved our stay!!!! We stayed 2 families of 4 with 2 boys each. The 4 young boys 6-10 loved the double bunk beds!!! The King bed room was amazing. The Queen and guest bath was a bit small for a family of 4. You need to take things with you. If you want to cuddle on the couch take blankets. We couldn’t find any extra blankets or sheets. Also 1 towel was left per person so be prepared to do laundry. There are no sand toys or beach chairs with this condo. We rented beach chairs and it was the best money spent. Take all the spices you want to use there was nothing. No salt or pepper. They had plenty of appliances. Can opener, coffee maker, both drip and Keurig , toaster. We took our own favorite pans but they had plenty to use. Make sure to pack hand soap as well. They provided several pods for the diahwasher and clothes washer but we were there for 4 nights and did multiple loads. Also only provided one roll of water a per towel and toilet paper. We made it last but know your situation with that. The balcony was amazing. With a wrap around view the sunrise was stunning. Our kids enjoyed breakfast outside most days and we loved cooking a few meals there as well. Convenient to some amazing food GT on the Bay was our favorite meal and only about 10 min away. Perfectly close to Walmart abe Publix. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

The property is great, had everything you need for the kitchen and baths. You need to bring hangers and beach towels. Bring shoes to walk around in because your feet will get so filthy if you don't... they need to steam clean the floors.

This was our 1st time using VRBO and liquid life so of course I was unsure. EVERY ASPECT FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT WAS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. The place was amazing, had everything we needed as a home away from home and gorgeous views! The customer service stayed in contact with me daily to make sure our needs were met! The condo was amazing, with an enormous balcony connected to all the rooms. The kitchen was prepared with exactly what we needed. We were all extremely pleased with the house, walk to the beach, as well as stay as a while.
