Welcome to our home away from home located only a few steps away from the sugary white sands and emerald waters of Orange Beach. Romar Beach is a newly renovated smoke free beachfront complex with a family-oriented atmosphere consisting of only 48 units. Located next to the stairs and a brief walk away from the elevator, this is a first floor unit above the parking area. Guests can enjoy access to a fenced in outdoor saltwater pool with restrooms, outdoor shower and beautiful new Garapa wood sundeck with sunshades.

After a fun filled day under the Gulf coast sun, treat yourself to one of our nearby restaurants or enjoy our well-equipped kitchen that includes a bar top seating area for four and a table for two that is ready for you to prepare your favorite recipes, or you can grab a variety of your favorite fresh catch of the day from Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market located directly across the street. You can also take advantage of the grilling/picnic area provided for the guests of Romar Beach Condominiums only.
No matter what you decide to do for dinner, your evenings can be spent relaxing on the private furnished balcony with your favorite book and beverage.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortable for a second couple or children and adjoining bathroom. Both bathrooms have comfort height toilets. The living area also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The condo is fully equipped with linens, towels (no beach towels) and fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals including games, books and movies.

The condo is conveniently located to the 6,500 acre Gulf Shores State Park, championship golf courses, grocery stores, outlet and boutique shopping (Wharf), restaurants, water/amusement parks (OWA), charter boat fishing, marinas, arcades and more. All the attractions you need for a memorable vacation!

If you are going to need a 2nd parking pass we will have to know this before your 1st payment is made.
If any of the complex rules are broken you may be ask to leave immediately with no refund. PARKING PASS MUST BE FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN WINDOW. CARS WILL BE TOWED AT CAR OWNERS EXPENSE IF PASS ISN'T FILLED OUT CORRECTLY AND IN CAR WINDOW.
So, Please make sure the pass is fully visible in your vehicle during the duration of your stay. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Must be 25 years old to rent. Maximum occupancy is 6 person.
