Step inside to the first floor living area that leads to the covered patio with seating, ping pong & pool table combo, grill, fire pit, pool and spa. This is where memories are made, with views out to the ocean and direct access to the beach. The pool is heated so you can swim no matter the weather. Once evening sets in, set up the 4k projector and enjoy a movie on the white wall right next to the pool. There is also a bathroom with a shower with it's own access from patio.



Upstairs you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area with large windows that frame stunning views of the ocean. The bright, modern design is both stylish and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for your beach getaway. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end Forno appliances, ample counter space, and all the tools you need to prepare gourmet meals. The main level has two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.



On the third floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms, each with king beds and their own full bathroom. The largest suites facing the ocean have spectacular views from the windows and share a small balcony with additional seating. The elevator reaches all 3 floors.
