The Pasadena is appointed with ducted heating and cooling throughout the entire space to ensure year round comfort. Guests will also feel at home with heated towel rails and heating vents in both bathrooms. Ceiling fans have also been added for extra comfort.

Relaxing, spacious and perfect for up to 8 people

We had a great stay and found the location easy to travel to areas within and outside of Orange.The set up catered well for 2 families and the property was perfect for relaxing in the garden, by the fire and playing pool.

Housekeeping shortcomings

No tea towels provided, no dishwasher tablets/powder, no extra garbage bags for kitchen bins, no kitchen cloths, dirty bath towels on bed, Cowhide mats in loungeroom and pool room are a tripping hazard and should be removed. Water from the tap was dirty (light brown with visible floating particles in a white bowl), not suitable for drinking. we had to purchase drinking water for our 8 day stay. The water to the house was turned off for 2 hours while we were preparing for a funeral on Thursday morning. Other homes in the neighbourhood appeared to have water (outside washing cars). No evidence of workmen in surrounding streets. Searched council website for outages, no information about a problem. We had no warning of the event, and the timing was extremely inconvenient. Also, the television in the loungeroom only works occasionally. Sometimes it will turn on, but mostly it will not. It is not a battery problem. The house overall is good, however, our experience was marred by the above issues. I was not intending to leave a review, but it appears to be the only way to express a view to bring to BNB Made Easy's attention.

This house was very well set up and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and also very handy that it was pet friendly. The family loved the pool table. We would definitely stay in this house again
