If you're looking for a secluded getaway for the entire family right on the shore of Lake Anna, this comfortable, two-story home in Orange is just for you! You'll have several spaces to relax in, including a fully-furnished lower level complete with a large sectional, well-equipped kitchenette, and a table for four - perfect for meals or board game nights. On the main level, this spacious home features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable living area, and French door access out to the furnished deck with a private gas grill. Guests will also have access to a private beach and a dock, as well as two kayaks and canoes.

While you will likely be spending a lot of your time on and in the lake, this home is also just 12 miles from Lake Anna State Park, which offers hiking trails, a fishing pond, and a sand beach. The house is also located close to the mouth of the North Anna River, which flows into Lake Anna. The River is accessible by kayak, should you wish to go 'river' kayaking! For great views and delicious, lakeside dining, check out Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse, only four-and-a-half miles from your door, where you'll also find the Boardwalk at Lake Anna, for additional dining options, mini-golf, and arcade games.

This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access.
Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three cameras. There is a doorbell camera, and a camera on the front of the house, and the camera on the back of the house.

Dock details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
