Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a pretty 17m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room with WC as well as a balcony with mountain views to enjoy the sunny days.

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, a double sofa bed (140×200), a double mezzanine bed (140×200) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, etc.
- A shower room with WC
- A south-facing balcony (1mx2m) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hiking from the residence and all kinds of activities (skiing, sledging, snowboarding, zip-lining, snowshoeing, dog sledding, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, bowling).
- Orcières resort is just 1 km from the accommodation. Access to pistes:

Flocon ski lift: 910m
- The accommodation is about 3 minutes' drive from the resort centre and about 15 minutes' walk. Option to take the free shuttle bus opposite the residence.
