The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes Wi Fi. It features a bright living area with a very well equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker + filter coffee maker, blender, boiler fridge and freezer), a comfortable convertible sofa, and a separate toilet where the washing machine is. The bedroom has a king size bed and an open bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a large closet with a safe.

For your relaxed evenings, a selection of board games is also available, a connected TV with home cinema sound and a bluetooth speaker.

For your comfort, linens are provided free of charge, including bath towels, beach towels, and sheets.

You'll have access to the residence's infinity pool, perfect for a refreshing swim with an ocean view.

Les Griselles 3 is just a 15 minute walk from the wild and pristine Galion Beach, as well as Orient Bay, which is home to a multitude of restaurants, including the closest ones like Aloha, Orange Fever, and Le String.

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water supply problems. There may also be power outages and Internet can sometimes be low These are the downsides of island life! The residence is located in a peaceful area. However, the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation. Extra baby or extra bed, on request and subject to availability
