Welcome in the Serenity Studio located within the residence Mont Vernon, on the beautiful Orient Bay Beach !From the balcony, enjoy the superb ocean view with the turquoise color of the sea !Our studio has been completly renovated in 2023. In the living room, you can sleep in a kingsize bed and in a convertible sofa. you can store your things in the closet, and your precious things in the safe.The kitchen is modern and fully equiped with a real oven, a micro wave, a washing machine, a Nespresso...In the bathroom, there are a shower and toilets.You can use the free wifi and the A/C in the condo.You have a direct access by walking in the new large swimming pool of the residence on the beach. Linen is provided free of charge (towels, beach towels and sheets).

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production problems which cause water cuts from time to time. To avoid the inconvenience, we installed a cistern to have water during these outages.In the residence, there are a grocery, a pizzeria and a parking.5 minutes driving, there are a tasty french bakery, some restaurants, a supermarket, drugstore....Less than 10 minutes driving, you can go at Grand Case with its famous typical restaurants called Lolo's, the french airport, Anse Marcel beach, Pinel island...The international airport is at 20 minutes from the residence.Island life has its share of drawbacks: there may be power outages and water shortages, lasting from a few minutes to several hours.

We will not grant any discount or refund due to these issues beyond our control and the accommodation.

Mont Vernon Residence (former hotel complex) on the beachfront of Orient Bay. Restaurants and watersports are a 10 15 minute walk along the beach. There's a mini market and a pizzeria within the residence. A shopping area (supermarket, pharmacy, delicatessen) is a 3 minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. It's 30 minutes from Princess Juliana Airport, 10 minutes from Grand Case Airport, and 15 minutes from the Dutch side of the island.

It is recommended to rent a car to explore the island. Feel free to ask us for our promotional codes with our partners. Free parking is available within the residence, or you can reserve a private space for an additional 5 per night.
