In this 3-bedroom house you have a room with a king size bed, that sleeps two but come on KING SIZE you could fit three if needed. Bedroom 2 which has two singles perfect for the kids, that sleeps 2 if you want that vacation peace and quiet. And a final room that sleeps two with a queen bed, this room has a pack and play for the kids, as well as a mounted TV. For a grand total of 6 in the bedrooms. Each room has room darkening curtains.

In the living room you have 55 Inch smart TV wall mounted, a pull-out queen couch, that sleeps two, a recliner that can sleep one if need., and lastly you also have access to a queen size air mattress that sleeps 2. We also have pool table, darts and various board games, for those intensive game nights

For a grand total in the living room, sleeps 5 if needed.

In the Kitchen you have access to a full-size stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, countertop oven/Air Fryer. With Plenty of dishes & utensils. As well as a dining area, that sits 7, we also have a kitchen bar with two tall bar stools that can sit two. Grand total of 8 for seated table dinning.

Two bathroom’s house one located in the master bedroom, one has a tub, the other shower, Shampoo Body Wash, Hair dryer, and plenty of linen.

In the backyard for those “let’s be outdoor days” we have a covered patio, with a patio seating, corn hole.

Washer and dryer located in the back of the house near patio, just grab key and your all set.

It's worth mentioning that the property's garage has been transformed into a distinct living space. This separate area features its own private entrance, designated parking, and a secluded patio/backyard, ensuring privacy for both the main house and the converted garage. The washer and dryer have been moved to the rear of the house. The key for accessing this area is separate from the main key and can be found inside the home.
