This professionally managed home is a spacious 3-bedroom Town Home great for families / friends / snowbirds to enjoy a relaxing and awesome time - Fully equipped and your home away from home.

The space.......

Our home is equipped with a full kitchen (e.g. coffee maker, cookware, dishes, oven, fridge/freezer) comfortable seating and televisions so you can enjoy many of the comforts of home away from home. There are 3 bedrooms total - 1 master, ensuite bedroom/bathroom with king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 (Star Wars themed) has a split bunk with double on bottom & single on top. This offers flexible sleeping arrangements for your entire party. There is a second bathroom on the upper level and third bathroom located on the ground floor.

In addition, we also boast a full size pool table in the home so you and your family can have the best time ever! All of the rules & regulations, do's & don’ts as well as general info can be found in the Guest Book for easy reference.

As a self-catering home, you will be responsible for your own toiletries, cleaning products and cooking ingredients.

Guest access.......

The front desk is open 7 x 24 x 365, so you can arrive late. The resort is secured with 24 hour live security guards. There is an on-site restaurant, pools, gym, spa, gift shop and business center near the front desk.

The Daily Resort Fee of $20 + tax (per unit and not per person) paid at check-in to the Clubhouse and includes towel service, 24 hour security, Wi-Fi, staffing at the pool and on-site programs.

One parking space is available for FREE, directly in front of our home. Parking pass is issued when you check in.

Other things to note.......

Our resort is located right next to the Publix Supermarket and a short drive up Hwy 27 to superstore Walmart, for those who enjoying cooking their own meals. We have a popular onsite restaurant/pub called Frankie Farrells, as well as an ice cream parlor and gift shop. The gift shop sells very affordable inflatable tubes for the lazy river. Resort features pools, water slide, a big game center (arcades) & a sand volleyball court.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal pool.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
