3 Bedroom,3 Bath Townhouse in Gate Resort
This beautiful, end unit townhouse has 3 bedrooms (each with full bath en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, an open concept living room and dining area, and a 12'x12' private pool enclosed in a screened lanai. In compliance with current guidelines, our property manager has adopted additional strict protocols for cleaning and disinfecting. Each cleaning includes disinfection of all high-touch surfaces including door knobs and locks, light switches, faucets, remotes, countertops, and appliances. All towels and bedding are washed in hot water.
Located on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/dining area, and a carpeted master bedroom. This master bedroom has a queen size bed, an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, room-darkening curtains, and a 32" flat screen tv and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave oven, toaster, hot water electric kettle, and coffeemaker -- perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The living room has a 46" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open from the living room out to the private, screened in lanai with a 12' x12' pool overlooking the courtyard. Pool heat is available for an extra charge -- request at time of booking.
A second master bedroom with a king size bed, room-darkening curtains, and 32" flat screen TV is located on the 2nd floor. The en suite bathroom has a tub/shower. Also upstairs is the third bedroom which has a twin bed and a queen size bed, room-darkening curtains, a tub/shower en suite bathroom, and a 32" Roku TV and DVD player. A washer and dryer are also provided on the 2nd floor.
Also available for your children's use: a high chair, pack-n-play, stroller, and umbrella stroller.
Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.
*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property.
No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.
Commercial Vehicles:
1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below:
2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight
3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow:
4. Plowing
5. Lift other vehicles
6. Lift gate
7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc.
8. Tow hitches, bars or arms
9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine

As a guest in my home, you can enjoy complimentary WiFi access and you will have access to the resort's amenities. This includes a large community pool with a sun deck and hot tub, a 7,500 sq ft clubhouse with a 58 seat movie theatre, convenience store, pool and billiards tables, video arcade, fitness center, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, bike rentals, a children's playground, a picnic area, and a business center.
My property management service is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on my property. My townhouse is located less than 5 minutes from restaurants and shops, just off Hwy 192.
