We welcome you to experience our Beautiful 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom home with private swimming pool and all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.  
Located in Kissimmee, about 6 miles from Disney Park access, with easy connection to all Orlando’s world-famous attractions, local and international restaurants, amazing shopping malls and top-notch golf courses!
House is Family friendly and located inside the beautiful Encantada Resort. Guests will have full access to Resort’s and Club House amenities (description below).
This home is the perfect spot to relax and have a blast with your Guests, and / or extend your fun after a full day at the theme parks, golfing, or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy!
The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show
everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ Grill (add-on / optional service).
Living room features 65-inch Smart TV with cable.
All 3 bedrooms feature a flat screen TV.  
The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and, cable TV. There is a laundry room in unit, equipped with washer and dryer (Free for Guests).

1st Floor:
There are no bedrooms located on first floor.
Living room is located on first floor and features 65-inch Smart TV with cable.

2nd Floor:

TRASH PICKUP: There is no trash pickup service provided by the Resort. Guests are
requested to bring their garbage bags to one of the trash compactors located in the
Encantada Resort.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional
cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay
cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your
arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel.
Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No
other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any
additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. We do not provide wash
cloths***
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. There are undesignated parking spots
in front of house as well as additional undesignated paved parking, inside gated
community.
SAFETY / CAMERAS: Outdoor ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record
audio + video. There are NO cameras interior of home or in pool / lanai areas. 
Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.
Self-check-in & self-check-out made via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.
