Three spacious queen bedrooms each accommodate two guests, offering plush bedding and ample closet space. A separate farm‑house styled studio, the MIL suite, features its own queen bed for added privacy.

The main bathroom includes a walk‑in shower with modern fixtures, while the MIL suite offers a second full bathroom with its own walk‑in shower, ensuring no morning queues.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A smart TV and high‑speed free Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained during downtime.

It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water & explore the vibrant lakes (a chain of six).



Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
