This 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom luxury home is located at Champions Gate Resort, an upscale, high-end golf vacation resort. This resort is a brand new development within proximity to The Disney parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and all other major attractions. For families traveling to Orlando together, this grand villa has all the space you need to call your own. This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security. You will also have access to The Oasis Clubhouse, our NEW Waterpark, and will enjoy a free shuttle service to safely transport you around the resort.

CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

POOL WARMING - Available upon request. It must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in date and additional charges may apply depending on your reservation date and length of stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, place was clean, instructions from the host were excellent. The only suggestion I would make is to replace some of the cookware as the pans were beyond their life span.

The whole booking was bad as soon as we walked in the door. The house was in disarray. With several broken items such as chairs and furniture. The property owner was aware of these items and made excuses as to why they were not fixed. There was a huge rip in the couch and they put what looked to be a car cover over. The pool was too dirty to swim in with trash and old toys broken and ripped around it. when we explained to the manager we wanted to leave and wanted a refund he was slow to respond to both me and VRBO. we completely lost a day of our vacation trying to get our money back and leave. I would not considering renting from this person again.

Lovely property

We had ana amzing stay at the property. The housd itself is so much bigger than the pictures showed. The pool at the house and the onsite pools were lovely, my children especially enjoyed the bigger onsite pools. Checkin was made very easy as we were given step by step instructions. 10 year Anniversary stay

My husband and I were celebrating our 10th anniversary beautiful gated community. There was an issue but Sam fixed it and took care of the problem ASAP. patio with pool was nice. Some things like the living room, couch and the patio furniture could use an update but overall the stay was nice

Highly recommend this townhouse. Perfect for families. Best parts: Super clean Super equipped. Has everything you need and all of it is new and quality. Great appliances including laundry and dishwasher. Plenty of towels. Kitchen equipment Grill and grill utensils. Two kinds of coffee machines. Sam is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and professional Close to dozens of restaurants and within two miles of two Publix Also pool and pool area are great 10/10

Perfect family house, exactly like listed.

Only have good thing to say about this property and his owner. Look exactly like listed on VRBO. Was able to use the BBQ for free. Sam was very helpful our entire stay, we have issue with the heating pool and Sam send someone right away. also, when requested the price for the pool heater it was a bit high, and Sam again accommodate us and drop his price. The golf course on the resort is simply gorgeous and they have a nice outside water park at the club house for the kids and its free to use. Very beautiful resort with Strick access into the resort so its safe for your family. it was a peaceful experience. Thanks Sam to make such a smooth experience for us.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Orlando

Property was clean, perfect for families with themed bedrooms and a fenced pool. Big hit with the kids, and the TVs in each room was nice to let the kids wind down at the end of a busy day. Did not try out the amenities the resort offered, but the area seemed nice and secure. No complaints, would consider staying here again if we made another trip to Orlando area.

Great hosts , clean and accommodating

Had a great stay. The place is really family friendly 3 full bathrooms , spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and toddler friendly. Hosts are fantastic and responsive. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Golf trip

This property was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. You even have your own personal pool in an enclosed lanai. Highly recommend. Only issue was the tv remote didn’t control the volume and no controls on tv so it was loud. Eventually I figured out how to get it lower through advanced menu. No big deal I set it for next guest. Definitely 5 stars!!!

The Perfect Place

The home was exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean and also has all the things that make life easy if your traveling with babies or small children. The host was even so kind as to leave a little bag of coloring books, toys and water wings for the girls. All around great experience.
