Wonderfully Themed villa in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy complimentary pool & spa heat, themed rooms, and a fun games room in the garage (air hockey, ping ping, foosball)! This is one of very few 4-bedroom units on the resort. We're nice and close to the main pool so you can easily walk- no need to drive!

Resort amenities are included when you book with us (massive heated pool, brand new water park, playgrounds, fitness & more).

INCREDIBLE ROOMS! All rooms have ensuite baths! Master features a King bed, tastefully decorated. 2nd Master also has a comfortable King bed. First themed room is "Little Mermaid," featuring featuring two twin beds. The second themed room is "Harry Potter," also featuring two twins. All rooms have TVs.

Rare opportunity to have a bathroom connected to each bedroom! Themed rooms have themed washrooms to match.

In the backyard you will find a screened-in pool area that does a great job keeping the bugs and leaves out. The pool heat is always complimentary for our guests! The pool is typically set to 85 degrees and the attached spa to 102 degrees (the spa is activated by turning a timer). You'll also love the outdoor eating area, second seating area, and loungers.

The Villa has space for 3 parking spots and a 4th vehicle can be parked in the oversize lot if pre-arranged. Parking is free. Please note the resort security is very serious about controlling entry at the gates, which is great for families. Please make sure to read instructions in your rental agreement in order to understand procedures so that your arrival goes smoothly.

Please note that a separate rental agreement needs to be signed within 48hrs in order to proceed with the booking.

Please also note that we do not provide a permanent BBQ because we cannot guarantee that we can provide it in perfectly clean condition to our valued guests. Instead, we can assist you to rent a fully cleaned BBQ (with full propane) at a size that meets your needs; you rent it directly from a 3rd party so it's actually cheaper than the typical owner "pass-along" cost (which is usually added upon signing the rental agreement) but you get a better product that's nice and clean.

We do not charge for pool & spa heat; it's complimentary :)
