Von frischer Farbe innen und außen bis hin zu neuen Matratzen, Möbeln und einer ĂŒberdachten Veranda mit zwei separaten Sitzbereichen (einschließlich Esstisch fĂŒr 8 Personen), die unser Zuhause sowohl von außen als auch von innen einladend machen, haben wir es zu einem echten RĂŒckzugsort gemacht Genießen Sie Florida und die Disney-Region. Disney-Eigenschaft ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt!

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber drei Kingsize-Meister mit eigenem Bad (eines im ersten Stock mit Schieberegler zum Lanai) und vier weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Jack-and-Jill-Bad. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist modern oder thematisch gestaltet und mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet.

Eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, ein Essbereich, zwei voll ausgestattete Wohnbereiche mit TV und ein Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball und einem professionell gedeckten Pooltisch aus Schiefer bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Ein privater Pool, ein Whirlpool und eine gerĂ€umige ĂŒberdachte Veranda mit komplettem Essbereich und separatem Sitzbereich bieten den GĂ€sten die Möglichkeit, sich vom Komfort des abgeschirmten GehĂ€uses aus zu entspannen und das schöne Florida-Wetter zu genießen.

Das Haus ist familienfreundlich, mit einer neuen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner mit hoher KapazitĂ€t, zwei KinderspielgerĂ€ten fĂŒr SĂ€uglinge und Kleinkinder, einem Kinderwagen fĂŒr die Nutzung in den Parks oder in der Nachbarschaft und einem Hochstuhl. Wonderful replacement vacation

We were supposed to leave on a cruise and the cruise was cancelled by the company after our 3 say drive from Canada. Little did we know that we would fin this gem in Orlando, close to everything (groceries, Disney, shopping), extra clean and super spacious. The pool was perfect for us and the large kitchen helped us cook and have wonderfdul meals. We couldn’t have picked better !Many thanks from our family.

Oh my! Where to begin? My husband and I thought what better way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary than with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 9 grandchildren. I discovered this beautiful home in Kissimmee and it far exceeded our expectations. I was amazed at how well appointed the home was with kitchen equipment, etc. There were plenty of thoughtful items left for us - coffee, paper products, etc so we didn't have to shop after a long day of travel. Our host, Chad, answered any questions I might have. It truly felt like a home to me, not a hotel. Every one of my children and each of my grandchildren thanked me profusely for "the best vacation ever!" Oh, and the location was wonderful! Three miles from Disney and close to a miriad of other fantastic (lesser known and less pricey) venues. Thank you, VRBO & Chad

Great House !!

The owner, Chad, was always quick to communicate, answering our questions!! This house worked great for our family of 15. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & game room! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Animal Kingdom was a short drive and we were close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If we ever go back to that area, we would love to stay here again !!

This is a GREAT place to stay!

This property is clean and very well maintained. The host provides a lot of extras, such as more than plenty of towels for the number of people staying at the property, beach towels for the pool, swim masks and goggles, some welcome snacks, as well as other extras that we have never had provided by a host in our 40+ years of annual family vacations. The property is conveniently located to many activities, including the major theme parks, numerous great restaurants, movies and other entertainment. I would highly recommend this property, not only for the convenience it offers, but also because the hosts are fabulous and know what it takes to offer a great place for large families to stay.

The house exceeded our expectations. The house was tastefully decorated. The host left us a welcome basket. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. The supply closets had extra paper towels, trash bags and food storage bags. Little things that were missing in other properties that we have rented in the past. Also we love the instructions left on various appliances- making it easy for us to use. We had no problems so we didn’t have to contact the host. We definitely will be staying at this property again.

Beautiful House - Great Owners

I have stayed at homes on VRBO in the past but this home was by far the best! The house was BEAUTIFUL! and it’s in a gated community which I loved. You can tell the owners take very good care of the house and everything in it because everything either looked brand new or gently used. The bedrooms are very spacious and on the main level there are several sitting areas with a tv. Our favorite spot in the house was the lanai. That’s where we played our games, watched tv, and ate on the days we barbecued. If you like to cook this is the house for you. They had everything you can think of! I’ve been to homes where either the pots and pans were poor quality or they didn’t have enough cookware or utensils. But not this house. This house had more than enough cookware, baking dishes, crock pots, measuring cups, you name it they had it. Me and my sister said “wow they really thought of everything!” Needless to say we had great meals on our “at the house” days. We brought games with us but to our surprise they also had provided board games and trivia games. When we had a question about how to get the jets started for the jacuzzi we called the owner and he came to the house to help us and was the most pleasant person you can meet! I had spoken to his wife when I had questions about other things and she was so sweet and helpful. I loved that they were readily available to help us! I will definitely come back to this house the next time we vacation in Orlando!

Communicative, Clean, and Comfortable

The gated neighborhood was lovely, the home was bigger than it appeared, and all of the rooms were well equipped. When my flight got in early he welcomed me to feel free to come anyway. When a guest misplaced an item he went above and beyond to help. We had a slight issue with the pool and every effort was made and it was solved within 25 hours. There were trails, pickle/tennis courts, and playgrounds. The rooms all had tv's and their own bathrooms so it was great to have reprieve from the larger group when needed.

Magical stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were large and comfortable, the house was very clean, the game room and pool were great! I didn’t expect the property to be so close to the parks, and that was a plus. There was also a Walmart and many restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed with three families and everyone had ample space. The host immediately replied to my texts. We had an amazing stay and plan to return!

“Awesome Time”

The house was exactly how it was described; but the pictures really don’t do it justice! The resort is safe and in a great location. Every store and restaurant you can think of is literally minutes away. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, spacious and well-maintained. The owners are very friendly and responsive. They made sure our stay was perfect! The welcome gift from the owners was a wonderful added touch! The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! If you are thinking about renting this home “Just Do It!” I promise you will not be disappointed. My family and I will be renting this home again, the next time we come to Orlando! Excellent Experience, Host, and Home

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home. It was spacious, clean, stocked with basic amenities and thoughtful touches for families with young children. The neighborhood is gated and quite safe. It can't be overstated how close this property is to Disney! The beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are well maintained (and the hot tub actually got hot!), the grill was in good shape. There was a minor heating issue with the hot tub on the first night. Chad went way above and beyond, and had someone at the house within an hour of reaching out. The issue was rectified swiftly and without hesitation. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely encourage anyone to choose this home for your Orlando trip.

If you are looking for quiet, comfort, & space....This home is for you. Upon entering the home a welcome basket & personalized hand written note was left to greet our family. What a wonderful surprise. The pictures reflected the home accurately. Unlike most spring break families, we come to FL to relax & enjoy a new space. This home did just that for us. The beds are amazing, televisions in all rooms, the garage was tranformed into a game room, the grill was in working condition, the refrigerator was up to date & spacious, the main sofa was comfortable, outdoor furnishings were clean & modern. Our chef accompanied us & was pleasantly surprised by all essentials the kitchen had to offer. Positive stay & would recommend this property to all.

Truly Fantastic

We were down here with 3 other families for a gymnastics meet. The girls loved the house and how easy it was for them to sleep together in one or the rooms. The play room was a hit with all the kids along with the pool. We had a hard time getting everyone to leave to do other things! Communication was spot on and quick response Everytime I had a question. We are all looking for another time to stay here again soon! Thank you for making everything so simple and fun!!
