Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, mop, broom, and cleaning tools available for guest use.

Game Room: Pool and foosball tables, arcade fighter game, PS4 with TV, gaming chairs, snack table, and board games galore.

Dining & Kitchen: Table for 6, modern light fixture, fully equipped kitchen with major and small appliances (Keurig, blender, crockpot, griddle, etc.).

Living Room: Smart TV, sofa, electric fireplace, coffee table, and kids’ play area with toy bin (LEGO DUPLO, trucks, bowling set).

Mickey Mouse Master Suite: King bed, dresser, smart TV, plush Mickey décor, ensuite bath with garden tub, shower, and vanity.

Frozen Room: Twin beds, mural of Anna & Elsa, Olaf plushies, smart TV.

Outdoor Oasis

At the back, a screened lanai with private pool and hot tub awaits. Patio furniture makes it easy to dine outdoors, while a propane BBQ grill (available with fee) is perfect for cookouts. Pool towels are provided.

Entire home accessible except two locked owner/management closets.

Driveway fits 2 cars, with extra street parking.

Pool heating optional ($40/night, whole stay only).
Please note: Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. If requested mid-stay, heating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A minimum of 2 consecutive days of heating is required.

BBQ grill rental ($40 fee, request before arrival).

External security camera at entryway.

Resort requires car registration ($20 per car, valid for up to a week).

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, mounted on the top right corner of the front of the home and actively monitoring the entryway.
• REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY EMERALD ISLAND RESORT TO AVOID NON-STAYING GUESTS AND THE TOWING OF VEHICLES. There is a $20 fee per car to register your vehicle and receive an access card for up to 1 week stays.
