Magic Village Views, 4 suites, 8 guests: The property boasts a tastefully modern decor with high ceilings in the living room, enhancing the sense of well-being, brightness, and comfort for its visitors. It is conveniently located near well-known tourist attractions. The house is laid out over two floors, detailed as follows:

->First Floor:

-Bedroom: Equipped with a king bed and a 50-inch TV, full bathroom, closet, and balcony.

-Kitchen: A full kitchen stocked with utensils.

-Living Room: Features a beautiful electric fireplace, double-height ceilings which provide a spacious and luxurious feel, along with a half-bath.

-Laundry: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

-Balcony: A beautiful balcony furnished with a table with 6 chairs and a great barbecue setup.

->Second Floor:

-Three Suites: Each suite is complete with bathrooms, closets, and TVs.

-Two bedrooms: each with 2 twin beds.

-Master suite: includes a king bed, a work desk, and a large chaise lounge for relaxation.

The condominium has a gate-coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and to provide a peaceful stay.

Other details to note:

1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.

I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.

All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.

* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

3. Crib: If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)

You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.

6. Objects and belongings: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

7. Online shopping: We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

11. Houses that have a jacuzzi: On the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00

We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing. Also, please keep in mind that our main form of communication is through Airbnb messages.

Guests have full access to the entire home and the gated community’s resort‑style amenities: heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, children’s play area and fitness centre (daily access fee applies). Free on‑site parking available.

We will always be available to solve any problems during your stay, send your message by whatsap that I will answer next, remember that for repair services the service hours are 9.00 am until 5.00 pm, except urgent cases, we support checkin until 10.00 pm.
