We welcome you to our cozy, well decorated 6 bedroom / 5.5 bathroom + Private Pool NEW home with all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.

This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full day theme park visit, golfing or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!

The open concept floor plan (first floor) allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional / add-on service).

This house has an amazing game room, with a Star Wars Theme with billiards, foosball table, airhockey table, pinball machine and a TV.

On the second floor you'll find an Avatar themed loft with poker table and TV for the whole family to watch a movie, catch a game or just chill!

All 6 bedrooms feature a flat screen smart TV and have the following bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: 2 Full Beds (Magic Kingdom theme, shared bathroom)

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wifi, and cable TV. There is a laundry area, washer and dryer with ironing .

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 2 dishwashing capsules, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

PARKING: Driveway (2-4 cars, depending on size) Ample street parking alongside house, inside gated community.

Exterior ONLY surveillance devices that capture and record audio + video. NO devices inside the home or in pool / lanai area.

Electronic Keypad self access to front door.

Check out: 10 am.
