Other things to note
Hot tub heat is included free of charge, you must turn the heat on with a timer switch. It takes 30-60 mins to heat up depending on the weather. Pool heat (95 degrees) is available for $50 for the first night and $40 each night after that.

Grill use is included free of charge.

All resort amenities are included with your stay free of charge.

Parking is limited to 5 cars max. You will need to register with the gate upon arrival, and they will issue you a parking pass. You will need to provide us with the first and last name of each driver so we can register them at the gate, otherwise they will not be granted access.

By renting this property, I acknowledge and agree that I am using the pool, hot tub and sauna at my own risk, and I hereby release the property owner/manager from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from my use of the pool, hot tub and sauna, including those caused by negligence, whether known or unknown, and I further agree to supervise any minors in my party using the pool, hot tub and sauna area.
