A Minions bedroom featuring two bunkbeds and a full bed. A Frozen and a Star Wars rooms with two twin beds each.

Gate access: All guests must be registered at the front gate. Please provide us first and last names for all guests, here on chat, enabling us provide them to Resort security in a timely manner (and avoid any unnecessary delays at the gate). Guests will receive a QR code to access gate, once names are provided, prior to check-in.
Clubhouse (information from builder):
Oasis club address: 1520 Oasis Club Boulevard.
Guests must be registered and check-in at front desk in order to access clubhouse amenities (Please provide names for gate access as mentioned above).
The Oasis club is a resort-style clubhouse located in ChampionsGate, Florida. It is exclusively available to residents and guests of Lennar's ChampionsGate community. The clubhouse spans over 16,000 sq ft and features a full-service restaurant with indoor and patio dining options, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, business center, movie theater, conference room, arcade, ticket sales, and multiple areas for gathering with Family and Friends, or coworkers.
The outdoor amenities at the Oasis Club include an 82,000 sq ft pool deck with a heated zero-entry lazy river, twisting water slide and interactive kids splash zone. There are two sand volleyball courts, daily children's activities and jacuzzi.
The Oasis Club is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
**We do not have any control over Resort's rules, regulations, potential closures, etc...**
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.
GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Parking spots in front of the house are available.
Check in: 4 pm.
Check out: 10 am.
Self check-in made via electronic keylock / keypad.
Entire house is available for Guest use.
