Among them is our charming townhouse, Villa Hakuna Matata, a perfect retreat for up to ten guests. This resort is one of our most conveniently located properties—just a fifteen-minute drive from Walt Disney World and thirty minutes from Universal Studios. By choosing this location, you’ll also be only moments away from Lake Cecile, Lake Bryan, world-class golf courses, shopping centers, excellent restaurants, and everything the vibrant city of Kissimmee has to offer.

The elegant Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community with electronic locks and 24-hour security, ensuring a safe and peaceful stay—something Plenitude Villas prioritizes for all our guests. Here, you can relax and enjoy a variety of amenities, including a stunning clubhouse with a resort-style pool and hot tub. The Clubhouse also features a small bakery and café, basketball courts, a computer area, and a playground and playroom for children. You’ll also find a grocery store nearby, as well as convenient options for transportation assistance, car rentals, and theme park ticket purchases right from the Clubhouse.

Inside Villa Hakuna Matata, you will find four cozy bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, the master suite offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The second floor includes three additional bedrooms: another king-size suite with private bathroom, a bedroom with two full beds, and a delightful room with a bunk bed.

The modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the dishware, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare meals whenever you wish—perfect for relaxing evenings after exploring the many nearby restaurants.

For your convenience, the townhouse also includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and fresh towels.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. sharp.

Each bathroom will include complimentary basic toiletries: one bar of soap, toilet paper, a garbage bag, dish detergent, and a roll of paper towel. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby supermarkets.

Housekeeping

All Plenitude Villas properties are professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected prior to your arrival. If you wish to request additional cleaning during your stay, this service is available for an extra fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided upon check-in.

Food

In accordance with Florida regulations, no open food may be left on the property. Any open items will be discarded after check-out.

Garbage / Trash Disposal

Please ensure that all garbage is disposed of in the designated areas.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply in the following situations:

- Check-out after 10:00 a.m. is considered an extra day and will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking fine: $500 (if applicable).
- Pet fee: $150 (if applicable).
- Excess trash fee: $75.
- Air-conditioning damage fee: $150 (if applicable).
- Emergency plumbing for clogs: $75.
- Parties: penalty of $1,000.
- Extra guests: $100 per person.

To avoid these additional charges, we kindly ask that the home be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
