SELF-CATERING – Please note that this home is self-catering. We provide a starter kit which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 hand soap per bathroom. We do not provide detergent for the dishwasher, dish soap, or laundry detergent.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $25 per day.
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Must be requested 48h in advance.
TRASH DISPOSAL - Please dispose of trash in a trash bag in the plastic bench out front daily
