Our home has a private pool, fully screened, just for you to enjoy - no contact with other groups - plus the home is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” and can utilize the high speed wifi.

Grocery stores continue to be open in our area, and provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants, and all essential services continue to be provided.

Vacation in style with this excellent vacation home in the highly sought after resort of Windsor Palms. Relax in comfort with your family, within this beautiful, private residence. Very competitively priced, also offers fantastic value for the money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community.

A 4 bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms is very nicely furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps 9 people comfortably.

The home boasts a colorful appearance, which many guests have found to be very appealing. The modern look is quite unique for a vacation home, and you certainly know you are on vacation when you stay here. Both children's rooms were just recently redone, and new top of the line mattresses and bedding were just put in throughout the house.

There are 4 bedrooms in the property, consisting of Two Master, with a King size bed and full en-suite facilities, a Bunk bed with a Full size on the bottom and a Twin size on the top bedroom, and the other room has two twin rooms. All the bedrooms has TV.

Other features includes a separate dining area with new modern table, spacious fully equipped kitchen with new kitchen table, large living room, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a game room featuring a pool table and foose ball table.

The living area is very nicely furnished featuring a contemporary look, tiled floors and a new 55 inch flat screen television. There is a small office area with a desk from which you can access the FREE wifi high-speed internet access this home provides.


The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect of a home of this standard, with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and waste disposal. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well. There is also a hair dryer in this home, iron, ironing board, high chair, and a pack-n-play for use as well.

Sliding patio doors from the family room open onto a covered patio, which features a beautiful screened in swimming pool and a host of furniture. Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee.

Another popular feature of this home is the proximity it enjoys to all that Windsor Palms has to offer. It is less than a 5 minutes walk to the main clubhouse and pool and very close to main entry gate to the resort.

All that it offers for the whole family, coupled with the proximity it enjoys to all the local facilities and attractions, and the superb amenities within the Windsor Palms Resort, certainly has a lot to offer our guests and comes very highly recommended.

**Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Please note that the house has outdoor camera by the front door area that's pointing the driveway and one by the side off the house pointing the pool pump equipment.

No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.

c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.


Windsor Palms Resort;

Windsor Palms is a very popular resort, and is extremely well maintained. A gated community, manned 24 hours a day, Windsor Palms boasts a whole host of amenities, including a large clubhouse containing a game room, fitness room, free movie theatre, sundry shop, resort level pool with spa and new children's splash pad, and poolside grill and bar. Tennis and Basketball are also available here, and there is a very nice play area for children too.

Windsor Palms is located just off Formosa Gardens Boulevard, about 1 mile from the US192, right in the heart of the Disney area. Walt Disney World main gate is just 3.5 miles away, Universal about 14 miles, and Sea World just 10 miles. There are a host of shops and restaurants very close by too, and the famous Florida Mall is just a short drive..

Clearwater Beach is about a 90 minutes away to the West, Cocoa Beach the same distance to the East, and you can get to the wonderful Kennedy Space Center in just over an hour. The resort does have a Shuttle service available to all the areas main attractions and airports, though charges will apply. Details are available at the clubhouse.

For golfers there are several courses within easy reach including The Legends course at Orange Lake, just a 5 minute drive from this beautiful resort.
