Amazing villa close to Disney with 5* Reviews

This Stunning Florida villa is situated within a gated community called Linfield Reserve; this community is very select and consists of only sixteen villas. There are many restaurants within easy reach of the villas (to many to list ). This area is very sought after thanks to not only the close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort only a few miles away, but also for the standard and size of homes located in this area. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are maintained monthly to keep the small exclusive estate looking its best. You will be thirty minutes from universal studios and island of adventure and about the same for sea world. Disney parks are a short 10 minute drive from the villa
This spacious villa has many modern and special features, Including air conditioning throughout, secure entrance to the estate via electronic gates (a number will be given to you for entry),king bedroom with a memory foam mattress ,queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom all bedrooms are en-suite. the villa is mostly on one level so ideal for wheel chairs. The private indoor open courtyard pool and Spa is unusual for a Florida villa in design as it is in the center of the building not attached to the rear of the property as most villas have. This gives total privacy while using the pool, spa, and pool deck areas. The villa also has a garage with slate full size pool table ,arcade console,PS4, table tennis and dart board, plus a private drive.
Many reviews have been written from previous guests from all over the world, please take time to read these as we take the utmost care in trying to make my guests stay as memorable as it can be.
UPDATE -- a Ring doorbell has been fitted to add extra security to the front door and a camera has been fitted to the outside of the pool door area please note this camera is only for security purposes and is only showing the outside of the property.

This was our first time doing a house rental and our experience couldn't have been better. The house was clean and well maintained, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the house in general worked out great for our group of 5 people. Tracey was quick to respond to any questions that we had and everything was well organized when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning to try and get the same place again next year if we are able. All around our experience was super in all regards!

Holiday villa

This was our first time using this villa. We have previously used 2 other villa's within Lindfield's Reserve and this has been the best by far. The villa was fantastic and had everything you could wish for. I would not hesitate to book this villa again.

Beautiful house close to everything

Fantastic Getaway

This was a great place for our family. Great layout and outdoor space for everyone and it feels very private. The pool and hot tub are great! Only about 20 mins to Magic Kingdom too. We don’t usually rent the same place 2x but we hope to rent this again our next trip to Disney.

Great villa and great location

Just got back from a two week stay in this villa and can’t fault it. We are a family of 4 with me, my wife, 16 year old and 8 year old son. There was plenty of space, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and used every day. Games room with the pool table and arcade machine also saw lots of use. Villa was clean, tidy and well furnished.Location to theme parks worked well for us. A few shops/gas station within walking distance and lots of other shops places to eat a short drive away.Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect Place for family of 5 with 3 teens!

So glad we chose this property! It was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had ample items, plenty of towels and pool towels, game room stocked with a variety of games, and a variety of baby items if needed. The layout worked great for us. Our 16 yo stayed in the annex room and our 2 boys 14/18 stayed in the other bedroom. Master bedroom was spacious and had a ton of hangers available. Mattress was great. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days of walking at the parks. I got a run in on a day off from the parks and felt very safe running in the area. The boys enjoyed the tennis court as well. There was a PS4, but the remotes were dead. We purchased a cord and left if for future users. I'm sure someone else probably accidentally packed it at some point. House was very clean up on arrival. Pool guy showed up on Tuesday morning when we were there. He was very respectful and announced himself before fully coming in bc we had the doors and windows open and were lounging around. He did his job and left promptly. *Only con of the entire house is that you use an actual key. Would be nice if it had a keypad style lock, but really not that huge of a deal.Definitely recommend this house if you want to stay in the area. We had an easy 30 minute drive to Universal. I think Disney is much closer.

Great place

Ok stay

The home was nice and comfortable with limited parking to no parking in the front area. If traveling in multiple vehicles you have to park down the street. This place only provides minimum bathroom amenities such as one roll of toilet paper and no trash bags except the original liners. Pool did not seem to heat during our stay. Beds were too soft and appeared to be worn, ie seems to be holes in areas of sleep parters .
