Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. Two master suites each feature a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV, offering comfort and privacy. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed room has two single beds and its own TV - a favorite for younger guests. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area adds flexibility. Essentials are provided, and the single level layout with no stairs in the home makes it easy to move throughout the space.

Living, work, and play
Open gathering areas look out toward the pool, creating a natural flow for relaxing between park days. A 55 inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku anchors movie nights, while Ethernet connection and Wifi support streaming and remote work. The dedicated workspace sits in a room with a door for added privacy. The game room features arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, and life size games. A separate children’s playroom and outdoor playground give kids room to explore and unwind.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table for shared breakfasts before heading out. Coffee is provided, along with both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine. Whether you’re packing snacks for the parks or gathering for dinner, the layout keeps everyone connected.

Outdoor living
The private backyard centers on the in-ground pool and Spa, available all year and open 24 hours. Pool and Spa heating are available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill create easy spaces to relax in the Florida warmth. The private backyard is not fully fenced. Guests also enjoy lake access via a path or dock and free resort access to nearby facilities, as well as a shared gym nearby.

Family-ready features
Designed with families in mind, the home includes a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, children’s books and toys, and room-darkening shades. Babysitter recommendations are available. The property is pet-friendly and also allows long term stays.
