Our house is a perfect place for a family Disney
vacation. It's equipped
with nice furniture and sleeps up
to 8 people. A family friendly community close to
shops, outlet malls and all the Orlando
attractions. A well maintained clean pool located in the back patio, features a gazebo and seating/sunbathing areas.

While our garage is not setup for use, our driveway holds two parking spaces.

We follow the CLEANING PROTOCOL of the
Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association.

THE SPACE
1st floor: Living room features 55 inch Smart HD TV, dining rooms sits 6 and eat-in kitchen sits 3. Fully equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer. Chic half bathroom and laundry room.

2nd floor features 4 bedrooms.
BR 1: King bed, 50 inch HD Smart TV, full bathroom and walk in closet.
BR 2: Queen bed, 43 inch HD Smart TV, and closet.
BR 3: One bunk Beds
BR 4: Two bunk Beds
Full bath in 2nd floor
Also a secured floor mirror full length located in hallway.

Includes:
Iron & Ironing board, cleaning supplies and laundry liquid. Linens and towels will be provided.

The neutral colored walls and furniture
in the main living areas is soothing and
comfortable. Each of the 4 bedrooms have brand new beds and TVs.

The house is perfectly situated in a family friendly neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and fun
attractions that Orlando has to offer. It’s ideally
located as a "home base" for other Florida
activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf
Coast.

Other things to note
-No smokers
-No parties, no loud music.
-No oversized or commercial vehicles of any type that obstruct walkways, sidewalk cannot be blocked.
-This is a family friendly community, security is present at all hours of the day with STRICT NOISE rules. Please, keep it at minimum (silence) after 10:30 PM.
-Parents are responsible for their children. We provide a safety gate for stairs and a pool fence that must remain closed.
-Swim at your own risk! A flotation device is provided, please keep an eye on your children. No horseplay in the pool
- The pool and spa have a heater. If you would like the heater turned on it will be a $90 charge for the first week of your stay, $75 per week after that. This charge is to offset the electric costs of running the heater.
- Spa has jets
- Please don’t touch the pool controls.

Everything accessible in the house is yours to use
during your stay. We have provided all bedding
(blankets, and sheets, pillow and pillowcases)
towels and washcloths for the 2 and a half
bathrooms, hand soaps and toilet paper
(additional bathroom needs can be purchased
at the local Wal-Mart Supercentre (5 minutes)
or other local stores at the corner).

We provide also: kitchen towels, pots, pans,
silverware, plates, cups, drinking cups, wine glasses, and every kitchen item you may need to cook a full meal.
The dishwasher, washer and dryer are free for you to use.

Please keep the place clean and replace any
broken items.

We know you love to shop but PLEASE before
you leave take out ALL the shopping bags,
cartons, empty boxes, papers,.. to the garbage
bin outside.
