Our property, which we lovingly call the SunKissed Villa, is a quiet and private oasis, complete with two king-bed suites, just minutes from everything fun the Orlando area has to offer (9 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Seaworld, 25 minutes to Universal). Enjoy all the amenities of Emerald Island Resort, including 24-hour security, two resort pools and hot tubs, mini golf, sports courts, poolside drinks at the Tiki Bar, playgrounds for the kids, resort gym and sauna, bike rentals and serene nature trail through the lush Florida landscape.

Emerald Island Resort is centrally located, just minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, waterparks, mini-golf (putt putt) and world-class golf courses. The Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes away. The closest beach - Cocoa Beach - is about 50 minutes away.

The space
The Villa is ideal for a large family getaway boasting enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. With 2 generous king suites, 2 secondary bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms, the Villa is perfect for multi-generational family travel or travelling with your bestie family – all the benefits, half the cost per family! Bonus: one master suite is on the main floor which can accommodate travelers who are not great with stairs.

Living Spaces
There’s room for everyone in the bright and breezy open-concept living area with 16’ lofted ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and comfy couches. This is a great spot for morning coffee and relaxing after a busy day at the parks. Main floor has a convenient and private half bathroom.

We are a family-owned property and we love making travel memories with our kids. Our goal is to make sure you have what you need to keep young ones entertained while making your lives as parents as easy as possible. The Villa is set up with a variety of board games as well as free high-speed internet and cable TV. Family games night meets family movie night! For the littlest ones, a pack-n-play, high chair and assortment of baby toys are on site.

Besides being a whole lot of fun, we know Florida family vacations can be wet, sandy, and sometimes messy, so a washer and dryer are in the unit if you need it. We should note, the washing machine works really hard to spin your clothes and may make some noise in the process.

Kitchen & Dining
We know that many enjoy eating comfortably at home on vacation. The Villa comes equipped with all the amenities of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with many kitchen appliances including a blender to whip up a few power-up protein smoothies for a day at the parks, or some frozen cocktails. A brewed coffee maker is available, as is a kettle. Outside the oversized glass sliders is a gas grill with propane provided. Seating for 8 at the dining table and convenient breakfast bar.

Bedrooms & Baths
Adults will appreciate the two bright and inviting main suites, both with king beds, 43” HDTVs, and private full baths, as well as ample storage for clothes. The first-floor main suite has its own workstation, perfect for freelancers, entrepreneurs and remote workers (the club house has a printer and office set up you can use if you need to take a private meeting). The second-floor main suite enjoys private balcony access, allowing you to wake up and step right into that Florida sunshine with your morning coffee to enjoy views of undisturbed forest in the surrounding conservation area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and 43” HDTV, and shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom which is furnished with two twins; this is the perfect suite for the kids.

Outdoor Amenities
The Villa has a private balcony on the second floor with stunning views of the protected nature preserve, as well as a covered patio on the ground floor. With no neighbors behind you, this is your private oasis to enjoy a morning coffee, have a mid-day yoga session or wind down at night listening to the sounds of nature.

Guest access
The Villa is accessible via keyless smart lock. You will receive details before checking in, including an access code that is unique to your stay. The resort has 24-hour security which you will meet at the gate upon entry.

Other things to note
Please note that no commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercrafts, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers, or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on resort property overnight.

No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events.

Garbage is collected daily, except Sunday. There is an in-ground receptacle at the front of the property beside the sidewalk. All garbage must be stored in 13 gallon bags and placed in the receptacle, with the lid securely latched so as to not attract any unwanted critters. There is a garbage compactor near the sports courts for excess trash. Please DO NOT throw loose garbage into the receptacle.
