The house is breathtakingly gorgeous in a quiet cookie cutter neighborhood. The layout is perfect for a multi family stay. Two kings are jack/jill style while the queen/twin combos share a bed. The issue is that the home was not clean upon arrival. While it wasn’t disgustingly nasty, the beds and linens weren’t washed and there was food in the fridge. Countertops were sticky and the pool area was unkept. I will say that the host did respond within 30 minutes and asked for pictures. However, it took us 4 hours before we could finally settle in and with that, our plans had to be cancelled due to it being 11pm. The host sent cleaners who completed the home between the night and next day. The hot tub took around an hour to semi warm enough to get in but the pool never heats which was disappointing. I end this by saying, the host was responsive and the house is gorgeous. My experience was ok but it’s not to say I wouldn’t use the host himself again.

The house was very nice it’s just the pictures didn’t do justice with the placing. We didn’t know that only three of the rooms have their own bathroom and two of the masters have a shared bathroom. Other than the small ant issue the house was suitable for us. The host was very communicative with everything. The location was about 30-45mins from everything. The resort was really nice for the kids and they loved the pool. Thanks for everything!

What a beautiful, well-maintained, clean home - as advertised! The host was very responsive and prompt with responses. Our family of 15 fit very well and was very spacious for our 6 different households to have their own space. We spent a great deal of time by the pool. The back patio provided shade for those who wanted it, but was close enough to the pool so that we could all interact. With little ones, the gate by the pool was a must-have!A couple of suggestions we have for the home. A few more chairs in the back patio and perhaps an additional or larger table would be nice. The homes are all close together, offering little to no privacy. A privacy wall between homes would be a nice addition, however, we didn't notice any other homes that had that. Privacy walls would have also helped with noise level as well. We were missing a few of the starter amenities, dishwasher soap and laundry soap, but with stores close by, we were not inconvenienced very much. To keep up with keeping the home clean and lessen the cleaners' time after checkout, it would have been nice to have a broom/dustpan and a vacuum. Lastly, a supply of storage containers would have been nice for leftovers.Thank you for a lovely stay and for the many memories made during our 'every other year' family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Florida home! The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed including markets, coffee, restaurants, and shops. The outdoor space was a highlight; we especially enjoyed mornings on the patio and evenings by the pool.There were just a couple of minor issues during our stay (nothing major)—a few things were missing from the last guests, the pool area wasn’t completely clean, and the garage door was broken for majority of our stay, but overall any of those things didn’t impact our enjoyment of the home. My only suggestion would be to the owner-be open to being told a few things in the house needs a little bit more care than originally given. The host was responsive and helpful, and we’d definitely stay here again. A great spot for a relaxing Florida getaway!

Great house

We had a multi-family group and loved the layout of the house. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We appreciated that there were plenty of bedrooms with just king size beds to accommodate the adults. Kids loved the pool table. Hot tub and pool were clean and stayed nice and warm. The host was very responsive (although we never needed him during the stay)….he sent info and door code in a timely manner. Also, the door/pool alarm was not a noisy disruptive alarm like some can be….which can be bothersome if it’s all adults and older kids. The only thing I would have liked was more towels for bathrooms and swimming and some extra blankets for the chilly nights. But we will definitely return to this house in the future!

The house is clean , clean, and clean. Outstanding The communication with Praba was calming , patient, supportive, and safe. Each room was perfect for my guests. I informed Praba of day visitors, and he did not hesitate to add them on. I will never hesitate to live in this home. Not far from the club house. The house had plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Enjoyed my 4th of July stay

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here 4th thru the 7th. We all enjoyed the accommodations, club house activities and of course the pool and spa was a hit. The owner was very attentive and prompt to answer questions. Check in and out was a breeze. The only concern was the refrigerator didn’t get as cold as it should. I would recommend replacing and the upstairs was a bit hot and kinda made sleeping at night a drag. But I assume the a/c was just no match for the Florida heat. The upstairs is always hotter in my home during summer as well. Overall I would stay again.
