CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

The normal temperature in the house at summer time is usually 72°. we have got 2 NEST smart thermostats which we control remotely. 1 is on first floor and the 2nd is upstairs. No one is allowed nor able to change any settings since it’s locked. How ever we allow guests to adjust temperature in the range of 5° up or down. If one feels it’s too cold one may turn the thermostat clockwise and bring up the temperature up to 75° or if it feels too hot, one may turn the temperature down by turning the thermostat counterclockwise to desired temperature. Thermostat will not go below 70°. If guests have a special request will try to accommodate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We provide limited house supplies such as trash bag, toilet paper, toiletries etc. Detergent for a washer and a dishwasher. It is wise to stop at the store before coming and get food and house supplies

No indoor smoking, it will require $200 to deodorize + cleaning charges.

Pool/spa heating is optional at $35 a day, minimum 3 days. Operation hours from 8:00am till midnight. If one wants to heat the for 24 hours a day the is$49 a day, need to be paid at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra service fee of $35 to power on the heater.

Pets are allowed for a $200 per pet for entire stay. It takes extra cleaning and special sanitizing to eliminate the odor.

HOA RULES

HOA has quiet rule and they are very strict about it. Zero tolerance for noise after 10 pm.

parking rules

Drivers must have gate pass ask your host to generate one for you and other drivers. blocking other house’s entrance is not an option, such vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. No RV, no recreational vehicle, no commercial truck such as U-Haul. Absolutely no boats.

The community allows up to five vehicles per house, and the need to pre-register all drivers in advance for gate access.

Vacation homes have a much higher wear and tear then residential. We are frequently repairing or replacing damaged or worn items, and the replacement may be different from the originals in the listing's pictures. if there are any damages they may take some time to repair. These minor variations should not be treated as listing inaccuracy or intension to mislead. For major replacements, we will update the listing pictures again before your arrival. We keep the houses fully functional, and address any issues quickly, but we are not liable for any minor inconvenience or a small differences from the listing pictures you can always check with us before coming.
