Welcome to our newest addition to our Family of fabulous homes with this 7 bedroom 5 bath Championsgate Resort Vacation property with free daily access to two resort water parks for all guests to access.

Enter this open concept main floor home with state of the art Kitchen complete with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and overlooking the spacious living room and dining room with plenty of space for everyone to gather. Large patio doors lead to the covered lanai with seating and dining area and overlooks the pool with spill over spa and all screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. Lounge around by the pool in the lounge chairs to soak up the sun.

You will find 2 bedrooms on the main floor. First you have a King master suite with ensuite bath with walk in shower and separate tub. This bath has a door out to the covered lanai and pool area. There is also a queen suite on the main floor with walk in shower just outside the room and this is also the main floor bath.

You will also find a large main floor games room with pool table/ping pong table, Foosball and even two arcade games. Seating to relax and large TV and even a practice putting green.

Head on upstairs and you are greeting with a comfortable lounge area with seating and large TV. This is a great second living room area to enjoy. You will also find a further 5 bedrooms up here on the second floor as follows.

Please inquire about the cost to add Pool/spa heat to your reservation. If you would like the Spillover spa heated then you do require to add Pool Heat.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
