The Space:
This vacation spot is like a treasure chest full of fun stuff! First off, there are awesome outdoor pools where you can splash around all day, and there's even a special pool just for kids! Plus, you've got sun loungers for chilling out, a gym to get your muscles moving, and a cool clubhouse with a ping pong table – how fun is that? And when you're hungry after a busy day at the parks, no worries! There are fantastic restaurants nearby where you can either sit down and enjoy a tasty meal or grab some delicious takeout. And if you're in the mood for a little shopping adventure, there's a cool outdoor shopping area called Championsgate Village, just a hop, skip, and jump away!

Our 1,388 sq ft townhome is thoughtfully decorated and outfitted with all the most important amenities to ensure a fantastic stay for a group of up to 6 in the vacation capital of the world!

The living room is open and luminous, with comfortable seating and a large wall-mounted Smart TV to connect to your streaming accounts during relaxing downtime together. Big sliding glass doors provide lots of light and direct access to a screened-in private patio with cushioned seating, where you can start your day with a warm coffee or unwind with a drink while enjoying the gorgeous Florida weather.

The fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances and sandwich maker, airfryer, Minnie waffle maker and everything you need to prepare a wonderful home-cooked meal. Plus, there's a dishwasher for quick clean-ups, so you can get back to the fun! There’s also a washer and dryer for added convenience. The dining area is just next to the kitchen, so you don’t have to go far to serve and enjoy a sit-down meal. There’s a table for 6 plus extra seats at the breakfast bar, so you can enjoy meals together at home with lots of laughs and good conversation!

Between outings, you’ll find a game room with an air hockey table and a foosball table to keep you entertained while hanging out at home.

At the end of a fun-filled day, and it’s time to rest and recharge, there’s a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The full bath features a double vanity and a large soaking tub to relax all your sore muscles. The second bedroom is Mickey Mouse-themed, outfitted with full size bed, a single bed and a single pull out. Both bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart TV in Roku mode and room-darkening curtains, so you can sleep in a little later if you wish.

The Neighborhood:
There are amazing outdoor pools where you can relax and refresh, including a special pool just for kids! You'll also find sun loungers, a gym to keep active, and a clubhouse with a ping pong table. There are fantastic restaurants onsite for dining in or takeout when you don’t feel like cooking at home. For retail therapy, head to the nearby open-air shopping mall called Championsgate Village. And if golf’s your game, you’ll be surrounded by many world-class golf courses!

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about 30 miles away and located inside the Championsgate Resort community. Driving times vary depending on the time of day, so it’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- A BBQ grill is available for rent. Please let us know within 48 hours prior to arrival if you'd like to rent it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Pool and common area rules around the resort and operating hours must be respected.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out.
- When disposing of trash, be sure your garbage is always properly tied up in plastic bags. NO LOOSE TRASH will be picked up. If your bags are not properly secured or you dispose of loose trash, you’ll be charged a $300 fine.
- A $250 fee will be charged for any visitor who stays overnight without prior permission
- A $100 fee will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts
- A $100 fee will be applied for any lost or damaged item.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a door code. Full instructions will be provided to you before your arrival.
