Located within the popular and family-friendly Terra Verde Resort, you and your guests will delight in the award-winning amenities nestled among lush grounds curated with palm trees and tropical plants. The heated, zero-entry pool is calling you to take a refreshing swim, afterward soothing your body in the hot tub. Crank up the competition on the mini golf course or fire up the courts with a game of basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, or shuffleboard. A 6,000 square foot club house is stocked to the brim with a theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, and business lounge. Grab a meal at the on-site bar and grill or stretch out on a lakeside hammock for a relaxing afternoon nap. We could go on and on with all the additional amenities this remarkable resort has to offer, but we’ll keep some for you to explore on your own.



At Magic Sunset Villa, you’re also in a prime location to take advantage of the area’s most popular destinations, just 15 to 30 minutes of nearly all of Central Florida's attractions including world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and more. The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are approximately 75-90 minutes east or west, making a day trip to the beach a breeze. You’ll also be just minutes to restaurants, cafés, and all of your essential shopping needs.



The home itself is fit for a crowd with spaces that encourage gathering together to make lasting memories as well as for private moments of quiet reflection. We’ll start on the spacious back patio, fully screened-in and equipped with an inground pool overlooking the community pond. Enjoy quiet morning or evening swims, or simply lounge poolside in one of the ample outdoor seating options and enjoy the views of the connected grounds and gorgeous Floridian sky. You also have the option to dine al fresco at the café table with seating for 4. When you’re ready to cool off, head on indoors to the main living space where you’ll find an open floor plan with tall ceilings and abundant natural light. The living room includes comfortable sofa seating and a smart TV, ideal for keeping up with your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen offers all standard appliances, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, stocked with cookware and dining ware to meet all your culinary needs. Enjoy your hard-earned meals at the dining room table with seating for 6, all while soaking in the views of the spectacular outdoors.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV, themed in dramatic Star Wars.



Bedroom #2 is the master bedroom, inclusive of a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV, perfect for the princesses among you.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV, magically themed in Harry Potter.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, each with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required with a parking fee of $20 per vehicle to be collected at the clubhouse.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

• Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.



Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• This home has outdoor cameras, both motion-activated and facing the entryway and back patio.

-In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



Magic Sunset Villa is advantageously located with several nearby options for dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy staying just minutes from world-renowned attractions, beautiful beaches, and challenging golf courses. The major Florida attractions are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (13 miles), Epcot (10 miles), Hollywood Studios (9 miles), Animal Kingdom (12 miles), Universal Studios (26 miles), Legoland (34 miles), Margaritaville (11 miles), and Sea World (10 miles)!
