Upstairs, the fun continues with a cozy loft that serves as a second living area, complete with a large sofa and a big TV for movie nights. Four more beautifully appointed bedrooms await:

### House Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note the following:

* **Check-in:** 4:00 PM
* **Check-out:** 10:00 AM
* **Minimum Age:** The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

### Important Information

* **Amenities:** The home is equipped with free WiFi, central AC and heating, an iron and ironing board, and hairdryers. All linens and towels are provided.
* **For Families:** A Pack and Play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Pool Heat:** This optional service can be added for $30 + tax per night for the entire stay. Please request at least 2 days prior to check-in.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be rented for $65 + tax per stay. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us for specific instructions if you plan to have packages delivered during your stay.
* **Concierge Services:** We can assist with high chair rentals, park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.܏
