It was ok
The overall stay was OK. My biggest issue is the fact that the property is not evaluated often and not well maintained. Having managed a few vacation properties myself, there is a lot of work that goes into taking inventory every time someone leaves the property to ensure that everything is working properly and that the unit is fully stocked and ready for the next renter. The kitchen is very understocked. There is not enough pots or pans or other kitchen accessories for that matter. The blender had to be replaced during our stay, the hand mixer started smoking when we tried to use it and the dishwasher barely worked.Upon entering the unit, we realized most of the remote controls for the televisions are missing, the Wi-Fi box was unplugged and took 24 hours to come online and work properly, all the blinds are broken so thereâs no privacy, and the beds were very hard and squeaked HORRIBLY with every move you made.The community is awesome and the fact that you have access to the amenities is great! And the unit itself has a lot of potential if looked after a little better. The space was perfect for the size family I have, however, I would not choose this unit again. The communication was excellent, I must say that. But due to the aforementioned issues, it did not make for the most comfortable stay.
