Very clean, get service by Stewart but disappointed by the carpet and issues.
Stewart was very helpful! Unfortunately he had to come 3xs. We got there and there were holes in bed sheet. They brought new ones and offered to put them on the bed. I declined as we needed to wash them before putting them on the bed. Then we had the smoke detector batteries replaced as they were beeping at night. He came and fixed them, and then others went off again the following night. And Stewart was very helpful And worked diligently to resolve our problems. We appreciated the dog friendly home but the carpets had stains everywhere!!!! This was very off putting. We are very clean people and the house was very clean but that was so disgusting!!!! We treated the home as if our own, took shoes off at door. Swept daily and kept linens clean. I was very disappointed by the carpet. They mentioned the carpets were due to be cleaned however, that would be after we had our stay. It was incredibly helpful to fix our issues and was very kind and. Had a sense of urgency to fix our issues. He apologized several times. we shared that the Home had also been very warm the first several nights. He stated that the air conditioning unit was new. After reviewing it by day three he replaced the batteries and we were able to cool off the home. These are just things that we were not prepared to do while on vacation. The home was equipped with all the items we needed. We shared pics with Stewart during our stay.
