The house, pool, bedrooms and living space are great… but somethings were a pain. Not having both washing machines for 25 was a bummer, I would look into having your one dryer serviced (downstairs takes forever to dry). The oven takes forever to make one pizza, might be something to have serviced as well, this was a pain for most food as well. Neither fridges make ice so we always had to stop and get ice. On the first night we grocery stopped in hopes of not leaving the house for the first few days, but we quickly found no frying pans, baking pans or a broom/way to clean the floors so we had to go back out (we did purchase and left). In 13 years of big rentals we have never seen this. But I will say this house provides a ton of glasses, silverware, plates and cups so that was great. Our hot tub was acting up and they serviced super quick, we appreciated this. One thing - parking is a pain, very hard to find spots and many cars without passes - we did have a car that was towed (they got in super late on the first night and could not find parking) and on morning walks we saw many cars who were parked illegally - and were not towed….which seems they do not enforce for some. Obviously not the managements fault tho!! ;)

Fun for kids and family!

This house was fantastic for our family. We had enough space for all of the adults to have privacy but for the family to be together for entertainment and meals. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the theater room because it smelled horrible. The management company was responsive, but the smell never really went away. The pool was awesome and worth the cost of heating it during December. The kids loved the game room the best!

The property was great

The property was great for our group of 23. 13 kids and 10 adults, there was plenty of room for us all. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool. We had some minor issues during our stay, but made a phone call to get them resolved. Only one we couldn't seem to resolve was the protector in the theater room. Parking was tight, but overall it was great for the kids, and that's all we wanted was for our grandkids to have a great time.

Pretty but Needs some TLC

The property is a great size and wonderful amenities however the house has had some wear and tear and really needs some TLC. When we checked in the movie room and the pool were not operable. The pool was green and the movie room projector was not working. The property management company was very responsive with the movie room however the pool was not fixed until 3 days into our 6 day stay. Small things like handles and door knobs were loose and stains on the carpet. Overall we enjoyed ourselves because we were all together. The house was a great space for us all to hang out and have individual space

The house wasn’t exactly like the picture there were holes in the wall there were spots whatever was plaster but never repaint it the white walls would dirty need to be repaint it there was quite a few things that was wrong with the place splits holes marksBut we made the best of it and had a really good time it could be a great property if they fix those things management was wonderful every time I called very helpful

Family vacation during Pandemic

We booked the home and drove to Florida from Ohio.Multiple issues once we arrived. Pros: House is very large and we were able to space out all over Game room upstairs and down Two sets of washer/dryers and refrigerators Location Plenty of bathrooms Theater room Cons: I had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails to report issues. Ants-UNNACCEPTABLE.Although oersted control was sent out quickly after reporting-it still took at least 2 days to notice a difference as they were everywhere in the house.aReally bad in the kitchen. House has a spa-can’t be heated unless you purchase expensive pool.But who needs pool heat I. 92 degree weather. We had arranged early check in-however had to call and some had to check to make of this before sending us the correct code. This should had been verified before sending us the code that didn’t work due to the early check in. Glass dining room table needs a good cleaning in between glass not just on top. Theater projector had an issue with a loud noise and we could not use it for 2 days.We had to figure out the issue on our own as the representative from Jeeves told us the people that take of that would have to come out-well they did on Thursday.Not good.And this room needs major cleaning by moving the chairs-a lot debris was there. We felt that the air conditioning in the home was not distributed evening even after 2 visits from maintenance and us being told what to set it on. Not enough washcloths and towels for the amount of people the home sleeps and they were white. Door handle in twin room needs to be repaired-it is very loose. Ice machines took to long to produce ice. We reported multiple issues.I had to insist that someone from management come out in person and to also take pictures of some damages in the house. Summary: The house is beautiful and spacious.But for a newer home-it had a lot of issues. We were very disappointed with some of the response from management.We paid a lot of money to rent the house for a week and reviews had been favorable. With all the emails and multiple calls I sent as the group leader-I was very displeased and stated so in one my emails. We are very disappointed that no compensation or anything in that nature was even offered to us with all the issuesAnd the fact that I had to request that someone from management come out-not good. Unfortunately, overall this is not a favorable review for our rental experience.

Massive crowds/No Parking

This home is huge, needs more pots and pans to cook, kids cups and plates, pool too crowded with laundry chairs and foosball table. Too many WHITE linens. Most of all NO parking for our extra guests and family. How can a huge house, like all were, fit only 2 cars?
