Community & Resort Guidelines
• Certain common areas may have rules enforced by the resort.
• Guests are expected to follow all community and resort regulations.
Quiet Hours
• Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are not allowed.

Smoking
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Fee for smoking inside: $250 + you will be asked to leave without a refund

Pets
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests found bringing pets will be asked to leave without refund.

Cleanliness
• Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and disposing of trash in designated areas.

Occupancy
• Maximum occupancy is as specified in the reservation.
• No additional guests are allowed.

Damage
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
• Replacement cost plus 10% will be charged for damaged items.

Pool & Amenities
• The pool is for registered guests only.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Parking
• Parking is limited to designated areas only in front of the property (numbers 962).
• 2 parking spots are provided for your stay.
Receiving Shipments
• Shipments from online retailers cannot be delivered to the property.
• Please use a local drop-off or pickup location if needed.

Extra Fees
• Late Checkout Fee: $80
• Early Check-In / Early Check-Out (when available): $40
• Extra Cleaning Fee: $50

Fines:
• Smoking inside: $250 + you will be asked to leave without a refund
• Pets inside: $250 + you will be asked to leave without a refund
• Damage: Replacement cost + 10%
