Family-friendly 5BR villa with stunning view and private, south-facing pool

The Villa 'OASIS' is located 25 mins away from Disney and within short driving distances you will find all other major attractions, first-class golf courses and great shopping outlets. The villa is located in a quiet community with no traffic noise. It is overlooking a conservation area and has a south-facing pool and spa with sun most of the day. The pool area is shielded for extra privacy, so you can enjoy the area undisturbed. The pool and spa can be heated (optional, additional fee). The pool deck easily hosts 10 people, and there is a barbecue at your disposal. The pool area is equipped with fence for the safety of the little ones.

The villa is well laid-out, and is easily accessible for mobile impaired people. The drive-way has ample parking space for 2 vehicles

The living room has a large sofa set with seating for 10 people and features a large TV screen. The open kitchen has all you need in utensils and hardware to cook a nice meal.

OASIS features 5 bedrooms, and sleeps 10 people easily. There are two primary bedrooms (king-size beds), a bedroom (queen-size), and two kids rooms (each with twin beds) sharing a bathroom. There is direct access to the pool area from each of the primary bedrooms.

The villa also features washing machine and dryer. The garage is converted into a games room with table-tennis, pool, and foosball table.

For the convenience of the smaller children, there are strollers and high-chair available (free of charge)

Within short walking distance, you can find a playground and tennis court. Ample shopping (WalMart) and restaurants are within 5-10 mins driving distance.
